Experience with this company was excellent. They responded to the job promptly, arranged to come out the next working day, and called to give me adequate notice when they were almost here so I could secure my dog :) The work itself ended up being considerably more complex than first thought, but the tradesmen were more than up to the challenge and still managed to complete the work within a few hours, with no change in the originally agreed price. They even fully cleaned up leaving the room spotless afterwards, and were polite and courteous throughout. I’ll definitely use them again!

Whilst on holiday we were burgled, Dec came out within a couple of hours to board up our patio. He talked us through the best options to protect our home but wasn’t pushy. He ordered us new glass and we opted for new handles and locks. He came back and completed the job the following day. I approached Glaze of Glory for fitting a cat flap in my French door after being let down by another vendor. Glaze of Glory replied immediately, and arranged someone to come out the next day to give me a quote. Despite the previous vendor insisting that fitting cat flaps directly into full glass panels is expensive and time consuming, Glaze of Glory let me know that they could provide the service as requested and quoted me substantially less than the other vendor. Glaze of Glory kept in contact with me throughout the process and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Full marks from me!
